| Description |
This is a small Tit the size of a boy's palm. The bird is rare for the region and sightings are occasional and less. Our lucky day I guess, we spotted multiple in the thick forests we visited. This was shot on a hill road overlooking a large forest that was drenched in rain much of the day and hence provided a fantastic background. The bird was foraging and looking for its partner. We expected it would fly away to cover when it started drizzling, but it was around for quite a while. Only when a Jungle Owlet showed up did it fly into cover. Thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated. |
