English: A distant view of the tower above Arnagill Crags This shot was taken from over a mile away on Pott Moor. The tower is known as a 'sighting tower' and was used to triangulate the end points of a water tunnel from the reservoir to Harrogate. There are others in the area known collectively as the Colsterdale Towers. |
