Description
English: The Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) aboard NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has here used a natural "zoom lens" in space to peer straight through the center of one of the most massive galaxy clusters known, called Abell 1689. Some of the faintest objects in this picture are probably more than 13 billion light-years away.
