Description
Español: El viernes 23 de agosto de 2019, en Buenos Aires, se concluyeron las negociaciones de un acuerdo de libre comercio entre el MERCOSUR y la Asociación Europea de Libre Comercio (EFTA, por sus siglas en inglés), bloque integrado por Islandia, Liechtenstein, Noruega y Suiza. Las negociaciones entre ambos bloques fueron lanzadas en enero de 2017 y finalizadas tras diez rondas. Este acuerdo es la continuación lógica del importante Acuerdo de Asociación logrado a fines de junio pasado entre el MERCOSUR y la Unión Europea (UE). Con ambos acuerdos, el MERCOSUR se asegurará acceso preferencial a prácticamente todo el continente europeo.
