Description
English: Aerosonde Unmanned Arial Surveillance (UAS) vehicle, Buck G, returns to the Expeditionary Sea-Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4) from a 10 hour night surveillance in the Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 26, 2020. The UAS is piloted by Aerosonde personnel from the Hershel “Woody” Williams and provides live aerial surveillance to enhance the ship’s security. Hershel “Woody” Williams is on its inaugural deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa area of responsibility in support of maritime missions and special operations.
