English: Afon Teifi near Llanddewi-Brefi, Ceredigion Taken from just above the footbridge, looking towards Pont Llanio. Fishing is particularly popular in this river, trout and salmon being highly prized. Don't forget your licence; fines can be very high!
The Western Mail had this to say in March 2009: "The Teifi at Pont Llanio was a very popular fishing station back then (pre 1970) mainly because when the factory gave the milk pipes their weekly clean it would discharge the water full of tiny maggots and mini milk clots into the river giving the trout for a mile or so downriver a regular feast.
