Deutsch: Aktionsplakat der Aktion #PaulaHatZweiMamas anläßlich der Verhandlung am OLG Celle, zur Frage, ob zwei Mütter in der Geburtsurkunde eingetragen werden, wenn diese verheiratet sind und dan eine Stiefkindadopton nicht notwendig ist. Eine SocialMedia-Aktion fand am 12. April 2021 statt als das OLG beschlossen hat, die Frage dem Bundesverfassungsgericht vorzulegen.
English: Campaign poster of the campaign #PaulaHatZweiMamas on the occasion of the hearing at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, on the question of whether two mothers are registered on the birth certificate if they are married and than a stepchild adopton is not necessary. A social media action took place on 12 April 2021 when the OLG decided to submit the question to the Federal Constitutional Court. |
