Description
Español: Recreación artística de la ciudad de Al Yazirat al Jadrá en su momento de máxima extensión (ca 1344) con leyenda indicativa de sus elementos más relevantes. Vista desde la Bahía de Algeciras se observa en la imagen la Villa Nueva (Al-Binya) a la izquierda y la Villa Vieja (Al-Madina) a la derecha con una recreación de sus tramas urbanas y sus principales edificios. Obsérvense los cultivos asociados al río de la Miel y el puerto situado en su desembocadura. En la bahía se situaba la Isla Verde, que posiblemente tuviera construcciones en su interior, y varios arrecifes rocosos en la costa, entre ellas la Piedra Galera y la Piedra Galerilla.
