CARAMEL, meyer lemon, cinnamon perfume

This was really the only purely *sweet* dessert -- a ball of meyer lemon, coated in caramel and tempura-fried on the end of a cinnamon stick, presented in a neat metal stand.

Sue Wen: I actually found this too sweet, especially as there was no followup course to cut the sweetness, but the rich lemon caramel flavor and gooey texture were impressive.

Kevin: Very nice.

Matt: Ah, what a great, sweet, rich finish.
