| Description |
English: All Saints, Gautby. The church, in Georgian brick, was built in 1756. Inside there are a number of ledger stones to the memory of the Vyner family and one of special interest commemorates Fredrick Grantham Vyner, who was murdered in 1870. He was Banker to Charles II. There are two seventeenth-century reclining monuments, erected in 1673, to Sir Thomas and Thomas Vyner. The east window is by Morris & Co of Westminster, depicting Christ in Glory. |
