Das Alsterhaus am Ballindamm 13 in Hamburg-Altstadt, nicht zu verwechseln mit dem gleichnamigen Kaufhaus am Jungfernstieg, wurde 1902/03 von Rambatz & Jollasse und Albert Erbe für den Kaufmann Max Albrecht erbaut. Auffällig sind die Bronzefensterrahmen im Jugendstil. This is a photograph of an architectural monument.
Ensemble Binnenalster: Becken mit Einfassung (neben Ballindamm bis Alstertor: Böschungsmauer, Böschung, Geländer; neben Ballindamm zwischen Alstertor und Reesendammbrücke: Mauer, Kai; Reesendammbrücke; neben Jungfernstieg westlich Alsterpavillon und neben Neuer Jungfernstieg: Mauer, Geländer, Allee; nördliches Ufer mit Mauern und Geländer, bastionsartige, durch Mauer und Plastik gestaltete Terrasse in der westlichen Ecke des Beckens, Lombardsbrücke mit Auflager, Durchgang usw., parkartige Gestaltung unterhalb der beiden Brückenzufahrten mit Polygonalmauerwerk, „Grotte“ usw..
