Description
English: Ambassador Eileen Malloy, chief of the arms control unit at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia, is pictured at the destruction site in Saryozek, (former Soviet Union) Kazakhstan, where the last Soviet short-range missiles under the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty were eliminated under the INF treaty in the Spring of 1990.
