Description
English: This is a 180° rotational ambigram. Two words Hot ! and Bitch identical right side-up and upside down. After a 180° rotation, the red heart becomes the letter B. Slang word for prostitute, Bitch is naturally associated to sexual relations, and consequently makes the link with Hot !

Similar sexually connoted ambigrams have been published in books like Ambigrams Revealed, for example Love Fuck page 149 designed by professional calligrapher Seb Lester. The drawing Sex, Drugs & Rock n Roll by artist Awang Purba, page 151, is also displayed on the cover of the book (at the upper left corner). And the artwork I love sex produced by the author of the publication, is the same kind. As a result, this image released in the public domain could be used for similar purpose. Humor often helps to understand calligraphic tricks.

It is a humble artistic material to illustrate literary palindromes, like "Sex at noon taxes" (14 letters that can be read forward and backward), by famous writer Sally Van Doren, the title of the book containing poems on the same topic.
Deutsch: Zwei Wörter Hot ! (Heiß in Englisch) und Bitch (Hündin) identisch umgedreht. Nach einer 180° Rotation wird das rote Herz zum Buchstaben B. Slang Wort für Prostituierte, Hündin ist natürlich mit sexuellen Beziehungen assoziiert, und macht folglich die Verbindung mit heiß.
Français : Deux mots Hot ! (Chaude en anglais) et Bitch (Pute) identiques à l'endroit et à l'envers. Après une rotation de 180°, le coeur rouge devient la lettre B. Argot pour prostituée, le mot Pute est naturellement associé aux relations sexuelles, et fait par conséquent le lien avec son qualificatif Chaude.
