| Description |
English: An oasis in rural Nottinghamshire On the Midshires Way, from Bunny to Wysall, passing through very large fields of barley or brassicas. There's not much in the way of hedgerows for birds, so this pond and copse is no doubt very popular with wildlife. Hedgerows are being slashed down to a neat (?) uniform shape and size. On the positive side, many fields have wide grassy uncultivated strips around the perimeter. |
