Da mehrmals die Urheberrechte angezweifelt wurden einige Kommentare: Provenienz des Objektes (des Objektes nicht des Photos) ist vormals aus Sammlung Otto Jansen nun Sammlung Pluhar. Das Photo ist von mir (dem Einsteller selbst) und damit zu 100% urheberrechtlich auch bei mir. Es wurde absichtlich in Schwarz/Weiß dargestellt und der Stein leicht in der Kontur verändert. Durch diese minimalen Veränderungen schützt man den Eigentümer von Kunstgegenständen vor Schlaumeiern die glauben plötzlich Eigentumsvorbehalt anmelden, Fälschern und dergleichen. Üblich ist z.B. bei Bildern weglassen des Randes von 1-2cm; schlechte Auflösung; kleien künstliche pixel Fehler; etc.... sodass nur der wahre Eigentümer auch die wahren Umstände kennt und keine Angst durch eine Veröffentlichung im Internet haben muß. Die Angabe der Provenienz bezieht sich auf die Herkunft eines Kunstgegenstandes bzw. einer Antiquität und ist heutzutage durch eine Vielzahl von Problemen (Enteignung/Restituierung, Schmuggel und/oder Fälschung) besonders wichtig. Daher habe ich diese angegeben. Dieser Besitzerwechsel hat aber keinen Einfluss auf die Urheberrechte, besonders nicht wenn das Stück wie hier schon 1500 Jahre alt ist. |
