| Description |
English: Arboretum Lodge, Worcester Arboretum Lodge is on Sansome Walk, Worcester. The lodge was built as the entrance lodge to a pleasure park in 1859, however, the park was unsuccessful and in the 1860s the park land was sold off and developed. Today the area is still known as the Arboretum and is residential with narrow streets and terrace housing. The spire of the former Mary Magdalene church can be seen on the left. |
