Reason:
  • ce ne sont pas des merlettes mais des martlets qui sont représentés, la merlette est un canard sans bec ni pattes, le martlet est un martinet sans pattes mais avec un bec
  • le nombre d'oiseaux est incorrect, le franc-quartier est brochant, il doit donc masquer une partie des oiseaux, en l'état, ce ne sont pas 7 martlets qui sont représentés mais au moins 8.
  • Tel que positionné en chef, le second oiseau indique la présence de 4 oiseaux le long de la ligne du chef, ce qui signifie qu'on devrait voir sous le canton le croupion d'un des oiseaux masqué
  • tous les oiseaux sont contournés ce qui n'est pas blasonné
