Description
English: Arms of w:Anne de Mortimer, Countess of Cambridge. Anne Mortimer was the eldest of the four children of w:Roger Mortimer, 4th Earl of March, the eldest son of w:Edmund Mortimer, 3rd Earl of March, by his wife Philippa of Clarence, the daughter of w:Lionel of Antwerp, 1st Duke of Clarence (the second surviving son of King Edward III) by his wife w:Elizabeth de Burgh, 4th Countess of Ulster. Anne Mortimer married w:Richard of Conisbrough, 3rd Earl of Cambridge (1385-1415) the second son of Edmund of Langley, 1st Duke of York (4th surviving son of King Edward III), and Isabella of Castile.
