Coat of arms of William Arundell (1561–1592), younger brother of Thomas Arundell, 1st Baron Arundell of Wardour. Denoted by cadency mark of a crescent (in 1st quarter and on crest) for a younger son.

  • 1&4: Gules, four fusils in fess ermine (Dynham) (Sir Thomas Arundell (1454–1485) KB, of Lanherne, St. Mawgan-in-Pyder, Cornwall, married Katharine Dynham, third daughter of John Dynham (1406–1458) (by his wife Joan Arches), and coheiress to her brother w:John Dynham, 1st Baron Dynham.
  • 2&3: Gules, three arches argent (Arches of Arches Manor, East Hendred, Berkshire and of another branch at Waddesdon (Eythrope and Cranwell manors) and Little Kimble, Bucks.)
  • 3: Gules, an inescutcheon and an orle of martlets argent (Chadwick (Chadock) of Cornwall/Chidiock of Dorset/Chamberlan/Emenfield/Enfield/Radham/Redham (Papworth, John Woody, Alphabetical Dictionary of Coats of Arms Belonging to Families in Great Britain and Ireland, Vol.II, London, 1874, p.686) none of whom seem to appear in the Arundell pedigree;
