Summary

English: Ashleworth village green - 1 View south to the war memorial. Turn left here for church and quay. The stone cross (Grade II listed) is in the Decorated, or Second Gothic style, and probably dates from the 14th century. It was pieced together from fragments in the 19th century, when it was placed in the churchyard, then re-erected in the present location in the 1970s. |
