~'Eight Happiness Terrace' or 'Eight Happiness Observation Deck' Built in 2012. Olanned by Sándor Dévényi and coworkers. In the foor of its carved with eight local plant reliefs: Cedrus, Vitis, Platanaceae, Cupressus, Pistacia, Arecaceae (Arecaceae or Palmae) Olive (Olea europaea). And 'shows' directions of 8 'Happiness'/Sights of Pécs: Zsolnay Cultural Quarter/Kodály Center, Pécs National Theater, Széchenyi Square, Cella Septichora Visitor Center, Jakab Hill, TV tower on Misina plateau; Havihegy chapel the eight sight is the Observation Deck - Located on Calvary Hill, Mecsekoldal neighborhood, Pécs, Baranya County, Hungary.

A nyolc boldogság terasza Máshol 'A Nyolc Boldogság Kilátóterasz' 2012-ben épült. A kilátó járófelületén olvashatjuk, mi is a nyolc boldogság? Pécs városában. Mecsekre jellemző nyolc növény domborművével díszített műkő lapokkal lett leburkolva, a rózsafa, cédrusfa, szőlő, platánfa, ciprusfa, terebintfa/pisztácia, pálmafa és az olajfa. Ezek a nyolc boldogság fái. Mutatja többek közt merre találjuk a Zsolnay Kulturális Negyedet/Kodály Központot, a Pécsi Nemzeti Színházat, a Széchenyi téret/Gázi Kászim pasa dzsámit, a Cella Septichora Látogatóközpontot, a Jakab-hegyet, a misinai tévétornyot, a Havihegyi-kápolnát/Szsathmáry palotaromot. A nyolcadik látványosság maga a terasz. A Kálvária-dombi stációk feketefenyők és mandulafák között állnak. A falon kívül a lépcsősor melletti teraszokat modern padokkal építették meg, itt gyümölcsfákat találhatók. A felújítást Dévényi Sándor és munkatársai tervezték.
