Avro CF105 Arrow Pilot Watch

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Inspired by the Avro CF105 Arrow ultra sonic jet fighter built in Canada in the late fities and sixties, the Avro Watch features the RCAF Roundel and Aircraft Grade Titanium casing. This watch is inspired on a Beobachtungsuhr or Fliegerwatch with a A-type dail. The original A-type dail featured a triangle with two dots at the 12 o'clock position instead of a Canadian Airforce roundel. The watch dial is inspired on German World War II Beobachtungsuhr watches that were issued to German military personnel. Strictly translated Beobachtungsuhr means Observer's watch or Observation watch but these watches are often referred to as Navigator's watch, Pilot's watch, B-watch or even Flieger. The riveted leather watch strap is inspired on the straps used by German flight crew.
