| Description |
Azərbaycanca: 1980-ci illərin sonlarında AXC bayrağı milli hərəkatın kütləvi tədbirlərində istifadə olunurdu. Bayraq 1990-cı il noyabrın 17-də Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ali Məclisinin sədri, Heydər Əliyevin təşəbbüsü və rəhbərliyi ilə keçirilən sessiyada Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının dövlət bayrağı olaraq təsdiq edilmişdir. 1991-ci il fevralın 5-də Azərbaycan Respublikasının Ali Soveti "Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət bayrağı haqqında" Qanun qəbul edərək onu Dövlət bayrağı elan etmişdir.
1991-ci il oktyabrın 18-də "Azərbaycan Respublikasının dövlət müstəqilliyi haqqında" Konstitusiya Aktı ilə Azərbaycan Respublikası Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyətinin varisi kimi onun dövlət rəmzlərini, o cümlədən Dövlət bayrağını bərpa etmişdir. 2004-cü il iyunun 8-də "Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət bayrağının istifadəsi qaydaları haqqında" Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu ilə bu sahədə qanunvericilik bazası təkmilləşdirilmişdir. Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2008-ci il 15 sentyabr tarixli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmişdir. |
