Description
English: Back of the Eisenhower Pier, Bangor. Another view of the rear of the pier in Bangor - compare with https://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=9275959 . This was taken during the extremely cold spell at the beginning of 2010 when my thermometer recorded a low of -6°C in Bangor. There is a very heavy frost covering the rocks and concrete of the pier and the harbour itself had begun to freeze over - see 1659218.
