Description

Taking photos of women in Abyaneh was forbidden, so sorry if the composition has lots of problems, all my shots of these series are spy shots! Check the map for other shots of Abyaneh, and seeing why all houses are red there ;)

Abyaneh is a famous historic [/wiki/Iran Iranian] village near the city of [/wiki/Kashan Kashan] in [/wiki/Isfahan_Province Isfahan Province].

With a unique reddish hue, the village is one of the oldest in Iran, attracting numerous native and foreign tourists year-round, especially during traditional feasts and ceremonies. Abyaneh has been called an entrance to Iranian history. The local clothing, for example, is in a style of great antiquity.
