English:
Railway transport started between Szombathely and Szentgotthárd in 1872. The station has been serving the development of Körmend for 100 years. On the occasion of the anniversary he placed the memorial plaque.//In August 1972/Directorate of MÁV Szombathely Plaque at the railway station. Local grade listed station building - Vasútmellék Street, Körmend, Vas County, Hungary.

Homlokzati emléktáblák: "A GySEV Zrt., Körmend Város Önkormányzata és a Vasi Volán Zrt. együttmüködésénak eredményeként 2009-2013 között az Európai Unió támogatásával újult meg a körmendi vasútállomás létesólt új autóbuszállomás, valamint korszerű felüljáró. A vasútállomás térségénúben új B+R, P+R parkolók, buszfordulók és buszöblök épültek..."; másik tábla: 1945 áprilisában Körmendről indult el az új hadsereg 6. hadosztálya hogy részt vegyen a 6. Ukrán Front alárendeltségében, hogy részt vegyen a hitleri Németország elleni harcban//1945. április/Magyar Ellenálló és Antifasiszták Szövetsége 6. hadosztály tagozata"; 3. emléktábla:"1872-ben indult meg a vasúti közlekedés Szombathely és Szentgotthárd között. 100 éve szolgálja Körmend fejlődését az állomás.
