Former 'New' Hussar Barrack complex. Playing field and indoor swimming hall. Before the building is a outdoor gym park with a transparent roof. About the barrack(s): in the 2nd half of the 19th century three cavalry squadrons were stationed in the town of Tolna, one of which was housed in the so-called branch barracks on Arany János Street, popularly known as "alt kasere", and two in the new barracks on the northern outskirts of the city, in the "neu kasere" (artillery barracks). Behind the barracks buildings lay a wide and deep training area ("rajchule"), the "Reiter schule"/Riding school. The construction of the new barracks was won by the Jirászek and Krausz Construction Company of Budapest in January 1894, and the transformation of the branch barracks was won by the company of Mór Lővi and Sons from Simontornya. The Ministry of Defence took over both completed barracks on 23 September 1894. Over time, a nursing building was also established for the two barracks in the common area of today's Festetich Street 128 and Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street 11 (later this became the Electric Plant Kindergarten and the fire brigade) - 73 Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, Tolna, Tolna County, Hungary.

Az 1894-benépült volt Huszár Laktanya területén a Tolnai Tanuszoda 2017-ben létesült. Részei egy 25 méteres, hatpályás úszómedence (1.90 m mély) és egy 10x6 méteres tanmedence (0.80 m mély).(Bajcsy-Zsilinszky u. 73.)[1]. Az épület előtt egy üvegtetős szabadtéri edzőterem létesült. - Tolna városában a dualizmus korában három lovassági század állomásozott, melyből egy az Arany János utcai, úgynevezett fióklaktanyában, népi nevén „alt kasere”, kettő pedig a város északi szélén, az új laktanyában „neu kasere” (tüzérlaktanya) volt elszállásolva. A laktanya épületek mögött szélesen és mélyen elnyúló gyakorló terület (rajcsúr), Reiter schule terült el. Mindehhez tartozott a Páskumban kialakított lőszerraktár és lőtér is. Az új laktanya építését 1894 januárjában a budapesti Jirászek és Krausz Építési Vállalat, a fióklaktanya átalakításának kivitelezését a simontornyai Lővi Mór és Fiai cég nyerte el. A Honvédelmi Minisztérium 1894. szeptember 23-án mindkét elkészült laktanyát átvette.
