| Description |
English: Balsdean Farm Now the only farm operating in the small hamlet of Balsdean. Originally there were two, Norton Farm which was a mile so north in Balsdean Bottom and Sutton Farm on this site. The latter was built in 1790 and survived until the Second World War when it was destroyed after being used for target practice by the Canadian artillery. The current farm was built in the 1940s to replace it. |
