| Description |
Català: Conjunt escultòric "Els sis guardians" obra de Xavier Mascaró (2017), situats al carrer Sancho d’Àvila, entre els carrers Roc Boronat i de la Llacuna, davant del Museu Can Framis, Barcelona. Són de ferro colat, pesen una tona cadascun i mesuren quasi 3 metres d’alçada, més una base de formigó prefabricat. Tots estan asseguts sobre set peus de ferro fos. En aparença semblen iguals però són diferents. Tenen uns forats quadrangulars repartits per tot el cos, com si fossin uns ulls que ens observen. El cap forma part de la mateixa armadura que cobreix el cos. Segons l’autor, aquestes escultures tenen la funció de protegir. Són fruit d'una donació de la Fundació Vila Casas a l'Ajuntament de Barcelona. |
