Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Barry Docks, Wales. Coal tip in the No.1 dock. What appears to be a solid level surface in the right foreground of this scene in is fact water — thick with coal dust!
Date 1913. With the curved occupied siding in view, this appears to be No.11 tip with No.10 beyond, both removed after 1936, and 9 & 8 still further away.(cf R.E. Cooke's GWR Track Layout Diagrams, section 44b)
