English: "Bastite" refers to serpentinized pyroxene / pyroxenite. Serpentine has replaced the original pyroxene, but has retained the pyroxene crystal shapes. Locality: unrecorded / undisclosed site near the Mira Vista Country Club (Mira Vista Golf & Country Club), eastern side of the town of Richmond, San Francisco Bay area, western California, USA
