Description
Italiano: Il Prof. Giancarlo Susini pubblicò nel 1960 la sua teoria relativa alla battaglia del Trasimeno, combattuta il 21 Giugno 217 a.C. nell'ambito della Seconda guerra punica da Romani e Cartaginesi, basandosi su studi multidisciplinari comprendente archeologia, toponomastica, idrologia e aerofotogrammetria. Caratteristica della teoria Susini è la posizione molto alta delle sponde lacustri, che restringevano molto il campo di battaglia, limitandolo alla valle di Sanguineto.
