Description

First Lieutenant Wallace B. Stanford (front row, 6th from left) commanded a battery of Searchlight and Sound Locators at the Marine Barracks, Pearl Harbor. This photograph is from 1940. Stanford would be present when the Japanese launched their attack a year later.
