English:
Outer courtyard of Batthyány-Strattmann Mansion. It is bordered by all the buildings of the mansion, except for the two orange houses/orangeries on Rákóczi Street and the hunting lodge on Sport Street. In middle of the courtyard is the statue of László Batthyány-Strattmann by Márta Lesenyei (1990 Bronze statue). Beside the standing figures of a blind young man and a count doctor, bas-reliefs can be found on the pedestal. The reliefs on the pedestal depict Dr. Batthyány, while on the fourth panel there is a quote from the Count Doctor: 'If you want to be happy, make others happy'. The statue of Márta Lesenyei was made for the 120th anniversary of the birth of Dr. László Batthyány-Strattmann. /the building located a east of its present location was the prince-doctor's hospital, at the time of its erection there was a shoe factory./ - About the complex: The oldest part of the complex built in 15th century. Several time remodelled. It was part of the Körmend Castle (most of its destroyed in the 17th century). Significant construction dates: 1610s, 1650s architect Filiberto Lucchese, builder master Carlo della Torre; in the 1st half of 18th century by architect Donato Felice de Allio; remodelled in Neo-Classical style in 1799-1809; remodelled in Historicist style in the 1880s. The are Neo-Baroque elements, these are 1920 works. In 1945 occupied by Soviet Red Army to barrack. Remodelled to student accomodation in the 1960s. In 2001 the mansion chapel restored - 13 -17 Rákóczi Street (Route 8)=3-9 Dr. Batthyány-Strattmann László Street=Szabadság Square, Körmend, Vas County, Hungary.

Batthyány-Strattmann-kastély kűlső (déli) udvar Parkszerű terület A kastély valamennyi épülete határolja kivéve a két narancsházat és a Sport utcánál lévő vadászlak. Az udvar közepén állították fel Batthyány-Strattmann László szobrát Lesenyei Márta alkotása (Felállítás 1990). Vak ifjú és orvos álló alakjai mellett a talapzaton domborművek találhatók. A talapzaton lévő domborművek ábrázolják Batthyány doktort, a negyedik táblán a gróf doktor idézete olvasható: 'Ha boldogok akartok lenni, tegyetek másokat boldoggá'. Lesenyei Márta szobra Dr. Batthyány-Strattmann László születése 120. évfordulójára készült./a jelenlegi helyétől kissé keletre található épület volt a herceg-orvos kórháza, a felállítás idején cipőgyár működött az épületben./[1].
