| Description |
English: Bealach Nan Cabrach - Trig Pillar S5955 Stone built pillar in good condition with mossy top. Flush levelling bracket S5955 is set squint in the westerly face of the pillar. This secondary pillar station was completed on 1st August 1950 costing £19.12s.0d. Parking at NN143259. Mapped track to NN156233, unmapped firebreak SSE to open moor. Friendly farmer at Blachaorain gave us a demo of his collies rounding up the sheep to his commands - fascinating to watch. |
