English: Casio fx-7000G, the world's first pocket caclculator with graphing capabilities, 1985. The image above shows an original image of the device on left, which was reworked by the uploader of this image in the software programs IrfanView and GIMP to obtain the right image. The original file can be seen here: File:Casio fx-7000G FullLength.JPG in the "File History" section. The function for removing the ton-shaped distortion, visible as rounded outlines on both left/right and top/bottom in the original, can be found in the freeware "IrfanView" in the additional Plug-in modules as "Perspective Transformations". |
