Description
English: Original title: Minute Maid Company president talking to members of Senate committee - Tallahassee, Florida Note: A last minute agreement from one of the largest citrus grove operators and processors in the world (Minute Maid) saw a 17-bill package of citrus legislation, already approved by the House, clear a Senate committee and finally bring peace to the citrus camp. Ben Oehlert, talking at right, president of the huge grower-processor complex, said his company would agree to a nine-cent excise tax and without the brand name rebate. Committee member[s], from left around table are Sens. Merrill P. Barber, Vero Beach; Scott Kelly, chairman, of Lakeland; Mack Cleveland, Sanford, and Mrs. Beth Johnson, Orlando, back to camera. In center background is Ben Hill Griffin, of Polk County and chairman of the House Citrus Committee.

So in this author's opinion (Andy Dingley 19:35, 12 May 2008 (UTC)) , that all meets the constraints of {{CC-by-sa}}, to a level appropriate for any reasonable expectation of the Wikimedia project, in terms of observing the copyright of others.
