| Description |
English: Between Mount Maw and Grain Heads The Pentland Hills are amongst the most visited ranges in Scotland, yet travel a short distance south from the Glencorse area and even footprints in the peat are rare. This ridge seems unchanged, other than the reconstructed fence since my last visit in 1993. Even in a strong wind, the ridge to Mount Maw is a carefree stroll up easy angled peaty but firm slopes. |
