509 Terrace Street, dating to the early 1880s, this was originally the home Mrs. W.A. MacPherson, principal of the Trinity Parish School and later in the decade grocer J.G. Boyd, proprietor of the Seattle Market. The home was razed sometime prior to 1926, when a Signal gas station was built at the corner of 5th Ave.
