Description
Español: El albarin es una variedad de uva blanca, autóctona y exclusiva de la Denominación de Origen Tierra de León y localizada en zonas puntuales de Asturias. Su reciente irrupción en esta zona vitivinícola de León caracterizada por la elaboración de grandes vinos rosados y tintos a lo largo de su historia; ha marcado el inicio de su reconocimiento por elaborar vinos blancos singulares de albarin y a su vez esta revolucionando la tradición por excelencia del mercado de vinos blancos en España, ofreciendo una nueva alternativa al cliente. Actualmente podemos encontrar vinos jóvenes y fermentados en barrica a partir de esta variedad, así como monovarietales de albarín o acompañados en un porcentaje por otras variedades de uva blanca.

Su potencial aromático:

Aromas primarios muy terpénicos, y varietales con ciertos recuerdos amoscatelados, que se expresan, en la copa, como frutas tropicales y salvajes de fruta madura, albaricoque, melocotón y papaya, conjugados con notas frondosas florales de rosa y madreselva.

En boca presenta frescura con un punto de acidez bien integrado y volumen graso
