| Description |
English: Bog pool under Beinn a' Chlachair A sinister bulge in the contours suggests a flat area. That nearly always means bog, and this one is a beauty. Largely flooded by recent rains there are a lot of exposed bogwood stumps here.
The land beneath Beinn a' Chlachair is peaty, but apart from the odd deep bog like this one, very easy to walk across. A lot of red deer were grazing nearby. |
