| Description |
English: Boiler house, Worcestershire Royal Hospital This is on the old Newtown site. It contains three single furnace, three pass package boilers. They burn oil with Hamworthy rotating cup burners and forced draught. Each has duplicated electric feed pumps. When photographed, two boilers were on line and it was, as usual, unmanned. No doubt, in the event of a boiler trip it will either alarm at switchboard or radiopage the on-call engineer. |
