Description
English: This shows the original Boulangerie Viennoise (Viennese bakery) at 92, rue de Richelieu in Paris in or around 1909. The bakery was founded by August Zang sometime before 1840 (despite the "founded in 1840" sign) and introduced the croissant (the Austrian kipfel) to France
