| Description |
Nederlands: Het moreel waardenkompas onderscheidt vier bouwstenen. De basis is persoonlijk leiderschap, dat begint bij jezelf. Daarna volgen de organisatie(inrichting), openheid voor invloeden om uiteindelijk te eindigen met vergroting van de impact op je omgeving als organisatie. De verschillende bouwstenen beïnvloeden en versterken elkaar. Een organisatiestructuur gericht op feedback vergroot openheid, en meer openheid versterkt de feedbackcultuur en daarmee ook het begrip bij collega’s in de organisatie voor de geluiden van buiten. Die dat op hun beurt weer inbrengen in de organisatie, enzovoort. Dit model geeft die vier bouwstenen en hun onderlinge afhankelijkheid weer.
