Description
English: A U.S. Federal Railroad Administration hazardous materials inspector affixing a strap to the back of an intermodal container, so that when it opened the contents (which may have shifted during transportation) did not fall onto the inspector. This photograph was taken during a Health Hazard Evaluation, a NIOSH program by which employees, union officials, or employers can request an evaluation of possible health hazards at their workplace at no cost to them.
