From clockwise left: Siege of the International Legations - American troops climb the walls of Peking, British and Japanese infantry capture the Imperial Castle in Peking's Forbidden City, the Battle of Langfang - Troops from the Eight Nations defend the Seymour Expedition train, and Japanese and French troops at the Battle of Tientsin.
