Summary[edit]

Description

Boy Scout Troop Picks Up Litter in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area

Boy Scout Troop 912 recently picked up litter along Lovell Road in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area (SMNRA) on the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest. The litter pick-up project was orchestrated by Las Vegas local Dylan Marshall as part for his Eagle Scout Service Project. Eleven scouts, three scout leaders, and three family members dedicated over six hours of work cleaning trash from the forest. The scouts easily filled up a 28 yard dumpster and left the SMNRA a little more pristine for everyone to enjoy.
