| Description |
English: Bristol and West building - Temple Quay The new Bristol and West building is part of the redevelopment at Temple Quay. The building has 220,000 sqft of office space and is on a site bounded by the Floating Harbour and Temple Quay. It is part of a major redevelopment programme for the Temple Meads area.
The building incorporates chilled ceilings and intelligent services, so in theory the building design is user-focused and energy efficient. It is L-shaped(can't tell from this view)which creates a private courtyard beside the Floating Harbour. It is also very conveniently located for rail commuters - and there's even parking space (at a cost) as the photo shows. |
