English: Brobury House Brobury House (originally known as Quinta) was built in 1881 for Mr and Mrs Houghton. Now sporting a modern conservatory, which has tried to keep the Victorian style. Previously the site had been Bredwardine Vicarage's kitchen garden, which had been visited in February 1878 by Francis Kilvert, who noted the fruit varieties he saw there. |
