For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Aussaat, Planung des Maschineneinssatzes Zentralbild Biscan-14.3.1953 Die erste gemeinsame Saat in der Produktionsgenossenschaft "Neues Leben". Aktivist Karl Bedau, links der Leiter der Traktoristenbrigade, die der Produktionsgenossenschaft "Neues Leben" zugeteilt ist, orientiert sich am Einsatzplan der MTS Magdeburg-SW über die Standorte seiner Maschinen. Er hat die persönlich Verantwortung dafür übernommen, daß die Frühjahrsbestellung bei der jungen Produktionsgenossemschaft reibungslos durchgeführt wird. Seine Brigade hat die Felder von hundert Genossenschaftsbauern zu bestellen. -Rechts Maria Hirschel von der Politischen Abteilung der MTS Magdeburg-SW, Mitte Traktorist Grossjohann.
